Domilise’s is a local joint near the wharf in Uptown New Orleans. Founded in the 1930s by the Domilise family, who lived in the house above the single-room bar/dining area, it was run by Sam and Dorothy “Miss Dot” Domilise for over 75 years.

Domilise’s fried shrimp po-boy was featured on the Travel Channel’s Best Sandwich in America.
